January was a strong month for Bitcoin, which gained +9.48%, while Ethereum saw a slight decline of -1.17%. The Top 20 altcoins and crypto-related stocks had mixed performances, contributing to an overall +6.32% gain in my portfolio.

However, February has started on a negative note, mainly due to increased market volatility, regulatory uncertainties, and profit-taking after January’s strong rally. These short-term fluctuations are normal in the crypto space, and they highlight the importance of staying focused on the long-term strategy.

Patience and discipline remain key to navigating these market cycles. As always, I am closely monitoring trends and adjusting the portfolio accordingly to optimize returns while managing risk.

I remain highly bullish on cryptocurrencies for 2025. In my view, this is still a great time to buy and accumulate for the long term—but don’t wait too long, as the window of opportunity may be closing! If you haven’t started yet, now is the time to invest or consider adding more funds to the copy.

Portfolio Strategy

January Adjustments

To optimize risk management, I increased my exposure to U.S. bonds ($SHY) to help lower the portfolio’s overall risk score. Additionally, I took profits on select cryptocurrencies and crypto-related stocks to reduce high-risk exposure.

I also opened a new long position in $STX, reinforcing my strategy for capturing upside potential in the ongoing market cycle. Currently, there are no pending orders.

Current Strategy & Outlook

My portfolio remains heavily weighted toward altcoins and crypto-related stocks, positioning it for maximum returns during the ongoing crypto bull market. At this stage, I have no plans for significant adjustments, as I continue to hold my long positions. Profit-taking will be implemented gradually throughout 2025.
